1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Time

To ensure the best price and quality, we ship our premium products directly from our global fulfillment centers.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 7-12 business days (approximately 10-15 calendar days).

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as customs clearance, local postal delays, or extreme weather may occasionally impact delivery times.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping:  FREE on orders over $75

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours. You can track your package via our website or international postal services.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Avis Queen is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at info@avisqueen.shop if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

7. Lost/Stolen Packages

Avis Queen is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
